How we use your email
AptNexa uses your email address to send the PDF download link you request and to handle delivery problems or questions about that request. It is not a marketing subscription.
What we keep and who processes it
We store your email address, Structural guide interest, request source and request time in our existing Supabase database. Zoho CPaaS processes the address and message to send the guide and maintains delivery records. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the request to help prevent abuse. These services process information under their own service and privacy arrangements. Access to request records is limited to authorized AptNexa operators.
Retention and removal requests
Guide-request records are removed during the first daily cleanup after they become 30 days old. For a question about your request or to request earlier removal, email info@aptnexa.com. Provider delivery/security logs and backups may follow separate retention processes; we do not promise immediate deletion from every system.
Your download link
Your email address is not included in the download URL. The link expires after 24 hours. Anyone you share the link with may use it before expiry.
